Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Cancellation: Clients may cancel their booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled date without incurring any penalties. However, any cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of their deposit. Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule their booking up to 72 hours before the start time without any additional charges. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the start time may be accommodated based on availability. The original deposit will be moved to your reschedule date. Last Detail Auto will only reschedule an appointment 1 time. Deposit: A deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the booking. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, such as documented emergencies or unforeseen events. Communication: Clients are responsible for communicating any cancellations or rescheduling requests in a timely manner. Notifications should be made via phone, email, or any other approved communication channel. Policy Acknowledgement: By booking an appointment or service, clients acknowledge that they have read and understood the cancellation and rescheduling policy outlined above. They also agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this policy. Revision of Policy: This policy is subject to revision at the discretion of the business management. Any changes or updates to the policy will be communicated to clients in advance.
